Future Classic: Recomposed
Barfold Estate is a boutique, family-owned winery situated in the southwest corner of the Heathcote wine region in Central Victoria, Australia. This region is renowned for producing some of Australia’s finest Shiraz wines. Since 2017, I have been collaborating with Barfold Estate as a brand consultant and designer. My role encompasses a broad range of design and branding tasks, ensuring the estate's visual identity reflects its heritage and quality.
Since the beginning of our collaboration, Barfold Estate has aimed for bold, distinct labels that work together as a suite for each harvest. The colors for the labels and brand elements were sourced from the vineyard's autumnal coloration, a phenomenon where the vines display vibrant shades of red, and yellow as the leaves change with the season.
